That local government experience gives her a clear understanding of how assessment panels think and what they need from a well-prepared application.

Marc has extensive ERD Court experience, acting as advocate across a wide range of development matters and has represented clients at both Council Assessment Panels and the State Commission Assessment Panel.
Prior to joining Future Urban, he served as Manager of Development Assessment at the City of Mitcham, providing him with an in-depth understanding of local government processes, including major development facilitation, heritage, site contamination, enforcement and building rules.
